At the heart of Stormhut Science is the WeatherGuard™ 4-Layer / 4-Season Protection System, designed to deliver strength, stability and long-term protection.
UV Protective Top Layer
A mineral granule finish helps protect against UV exposure and surface weathering, extending the lifespan of the felt.
Waterproof Membrane
A bitumen-saturated membrane provides dependable waterproof protection when correctly installed.
Reinforced Fibre Core
A reinforced glass fibre carrier improves strength, dimensional stability and resistance to tearing.
Bondable Backing Layer
A sanded, bituminous underside designed for secure adhesion, helping keep the felt stable on the roof surface.
Together, these layers form a balanced, heavy-duty roofing system built for real conditions.
